2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Please note:

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
• Minor variations in fabric, stitching and appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes.
• Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for the selected product, inclusive of applicable GST, unless specifically stated otherwise. Standard shipping within India is free unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed before checkout. Any applicable taxes and charges will be calculated and displayed in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected product. After receiving your order, Eagle Solectra may send an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Delivery restrictions.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable ability to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

5. Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

6. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. For COD orders:

• The order amount must be paid to the authorised delivery agent/postal service at the time of delivery.
• Eagle Solectra may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.
• COD may be restricted for certain locations or orders.
• Repeated refusal or misuse of COD may result in restriction of future COD availability.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Eagle Solectra offers free standard shipping within India for eligible orders. Orders may be shipped through India Post/Speed Post or other authorised logistics partners. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

• Delivery location
• Postal/courier operations
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Operational disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, address, PIN code and mobile number. Tracking information will be provided where available.

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. COD orders should only be placed when the customer genuinely intends to receive the order.

9. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Eagle Solectra offers a 7-day size exchange facility for eligible products. A customer may request a size exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Size exchange conditions

The product must:

• Be unused.
• Be unwashed.
• Be free from stains, damage or alterations.
• Have the original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably required.

One size exchange per order is permitted, subject to availability of the requested size. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

10. Change-of-Mind Returns

Eagle Solectra does not offer returns or exchanges solely because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong preference, or no longer wants the product. Customers are therefore advised to carefully check the product description and size guide before placing an order. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

11. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive:

• A wrong product,
• A wrong size/colour compared with your confirmed order,
• A damaged product, or
• A manufacturing defect,

After verification, Eagle Solectra may provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

12. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method. For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details where required for processing the refund. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

13. Intellectual Property

The Eagle Solectra™ name, logo, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, written content and other brand materials are owned by, licensed to, or used by Eagle Solectra™ and/or M/S K C GARMENTS. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Customers must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Submit fraudulent orders.
• Provide false or misleading information.
