When you place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. We do not collect or store your payment details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to process and deliver your order, send order confirmation and shipping updates, respond to customer support queries, and comply with applicable tax and business record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share order information only as needed to fulfill your order: with Razorpay to process payments, with our courier partners to deliver your order, and with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for data storage and Resend for transactional email) who process data on our behalf.
Data Security
Your data is stored with access-controlled infrastructure, and payment transactions are handled by Razorpay under their own PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We do not store card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us by writing to eaglesolectra@gmail.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
Cookies
Our website uses only the minimal cookies necessary for the site and your account session to function (e.g. keeping you signed in to the admin panel). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
